What products do you offer?

Altoa Essentials specializes in selling dietary supplements aimed at supporting health and vitality. Our offer includes a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional supplements. We are committed to offering only products that combine carefully selected ingredients and maximum effectiveness. In close cooperation with proven brands, products are created that really help your health.

How can I order goods?

You can place your order directly on our e-shop altoa-essentials.cz. Simply select the desired products, add them to your cart and follow the instructions to complete your order.

What are the shipping options and what is the delivery time?

We ship goods through several shipping companies, currently through Zásilkovna, PPL and DPD. The standard delivery time is usually 2-3 business days from order confirmation.

Is it possible to return or exchange the goods?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Where can I send the package if I want to return it?

You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery to the address ALTOA ESSENTIALS, Trafika Jince, Slavíkova 200, 262 23 Jince . The goods must be undamaged, in the original packaging and include the invoice with the shipment. For any questions, please call +420 603 351 533.

When will you refund my money if I return the item?

Once we receive the returned goods from you and check their condition, we will refund your money no later than 14 days from the delivery of the parcel to our address. The payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for - in case of payment by card, we will send the amount back to your bank account, if you paid on delivery, we will contact you to complete the return details.

Where can I find more information about the composition and dosage of the products?

Do you offer personal collection?

We now offer the option of personal collection at the Senimed pharmacy, which is located on the premises of Beroun Hospital, U Nemocnice 379, 266 01 Beroun .

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been shipped?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at essentials@altoa.cz . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code can be used per order.

Are your products tested and certified?

All our products meet strict standards and are certified according to applicable legislative requirements. We work exclusively with verified manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality and safety.

How do I find out which dietary supplement is best for me?

Can I create a customer account with you? What are the benefits?

By registering a customer account, you will not only get an easy overview of your orders and a faster shopping process, but also the opportunity to draw loyalty rewards. When you register, we will automatically credit your account with 50 CZK as a welcome credit. For each delivered order, you will then receive 1 CZK of credit for every 20 CZK spent . You can use the accumulated credit for further purchases.

How long can I store dietary supplements and how do I store them?

We recommend storing dietary supplements in a dry and cool place, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Each product has an expiration date on the packaging, which should be followed to maintain maximum quality and effectiveness.
